- With Event Organizers: Your public vendor profile (name, services, photos, contact details you choose to display) is visible to registered event organizers on the platform.
- With Service Providers: We share data with trusted third-party providers who assist us in operating the platform (e.g., cloud hosting, email delivery, payment processing). These providers are contractually bound to keep your data confidential and use it only to perform services on our behalf.
- For Legal Compliance: We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or government authority, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of EVENTCORE, our users, or the public.
- Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you before your data becomes subject to a different privacy policy.
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active, as needed to provide the Service, and as required by applicable law. Specifically:
- Active vendor accounts: data retained for the duration of the account
- Deleted or deactivated accounts: personal data purged within 90 days, except where retention is required by law (e.g., financial records retained for 7 years)
- Usage logs and analytics: aggregated and anonymised after 12 months
- Support communications: retained for 2 years from the date of resolution

The EVENTCORE Service is intended for users who are 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a minor, please contact us immediately at sales@eventcore.lk and we will take steps to delete that information promptly.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, legal requirements, or other factors. When we make material changes, we will:

- Notify registered users via email or in-app notification at least 14 days before the changes take effect
