How do I register as a vendor on EVENTCORE?
Start by submitting your interest through the Registration Form. Our team will review your submission and send you a secure link to complete the full vendor agreement and profile setup.
How long does the vendor approval process take?
Once you submit your interest form, our team typically reviews applications within 2–3 business days. You will receive an email with next steps once your initial submission has been reviewed.
What documents do I need to register?
You will need a valid government-issued ID, proof of your business (e.g., business registration certificate), and relevant certifications for your service category. The full requirements are outlined during the registration process.
I submitted my form but haven't received a confirmation email. What should I do?
Please check your spam or junk mail folder first. If the email is not there, contact us at sales@eventcore.lk with your full name and the email address you used to register, and our team will look into it.
How do I update my vendor profile or subscription plan?
Profile and subscription updates can be made directly within the EVENTCORE app once your account is active. For plan upgrades or major profile changes, you may also reach out to our support team for assistance.
